St Patrick's 250th Anniversary
St Patrick's Lodge was due to hold its 250th
Anniversary celebrations in 2008. The 250th celebrations will
now take place in 2009 when the warrant has returned to the
UK. This was decided so that all Brethren could have the opportunity
to attend and enjoy the celebratory meeting. This decision
has been passed and agreed by Grand Lodge.
Charity
Three members of the Lodge
and another ex member of the Regiment climbed
Scafell Pike. This is situated in the Lake District in England
and the team completed the return journey in under 7 hours
on the 14th June 2008. This was to raise funds for the Foundation
for
Sudden
Infant
Death.
The team raised £1448.00 for this worthy cause
